New Member Associations
INSOL International is pleased to announce the successful application of a new member association:
Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA)
We welcome the above association members and look forward to working with them.
The IPA in Australia is developing a new code of professional practice. The draft of part 1 which deals with independence and remuneration is available to be downloaded from the IPA web site. The IPA is seeking feedback from INSOL members. For further details click here
