INSOL was delighted to announce Singapore as the destination of its Annual Asia Pacific Rim Regional Conference. Singapore is a dynamic city, rich in contrast and colour but with a harmonious blend of cultures, cuisine, art and architecture.

INSOL’s Annual Regional Conference was the annual event for practitioners from every continent to meet and learn about developments in various jurisdictions. As the global voice of the profession, INSOL is uniquely positioned to bring together delegates and speakers to share knowledge via an excellent technical programme.

Plenary sessions and specialist breakout sessions ensured we covered the immediate global issues, as well as the key individual cross-border subjects, individual country matters and other specific practice issues of interest to our members. It was also a great opportunity to meet new members of INSOL in the region as well as hearing about the latest cross-border developments that have taken place since INSOL Dubai.

The Conference was held at the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, a five star hotel set in luxurious tropical gardens near the renowned Orchard Road shopping and business district. The Shangri-La, is a leading luxury hotel in Singapore, which offers business travellers legendary Shangri-La hospitality in a tranquil resort setting.

The networking was combined with a few of the must-see sites the island had to offer, such as enjoying a Singapore Sling in the Long Bar at the Raffles Hotel, or a beautiful harbour cruise to see the stunning neon-lit skyline.
