Mr. Jason Weiner
Highline Law Plc
Jason represents federal and state court appointed receivers over operating and liquidating companies, and has advised on a wide range of business issues including cross border implications, day-to-day company operations, personnel issues, emergency equipment failures, receivership financing, sales of assets from liquor licenses to going-concern business assets, and causes of action against former officers and directors.
Jason also represents receivers appointed for other purposes – including helping to facilitate litigation disputes between parties. Jason is a full member of NAFER, the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers – a member-only organization that selectively admits attorneys who have served as primary counsel for receivers appointed at the request of a Federal agency.
In addition, Jason represents and counsels debtor clients in corporate restructurings, chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and chapter 7 trustees. Jason’s practice is not limited to business restructuring and bankruptcy, as he also represents companies in a wide range of business litigation and transactional matters.
