Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot
INSOL International in collaboration with the International Insolvency Institute, QUT Faculty of Law and UBC Peter A. Allard School of Law are proud to co-sponsor the Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot Competition (the Fletcher Moot) on 5-8 February in Vancouver, Canada.
The Fletcher Moot welcomes universities from around the world to participate in a mooting competition dealing with international insolvency litigation. The competition was launched in conjunction with the INSOL 2017 Tenth World Quadrennial Congress in Sydney and was pronounced a great success. It provides a unique opportunity for students to experience real-world court proceedings before international panels of prestigious judges.
