SARIPA Courses

INSOL International and the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioner Association (SARIPA) are delighted to be jointly presenting two courses on South African insolvency law, namely the Programme in South African Insolvency Law and Practice and the Programme in South African Business Rescue

While business rescue was covered in the 2022 Programme in South African Insolvency Law and Practice, from 2023 it has been decided to present two distinct courses, one dealing with insolvency law and practice and one dealing with the business rescue process. The Programme in South African Law and Practice will focus on sequestration and liquidation, while the Programme in South African Business Rescue will focus on the South African rescue procedure contained in Chapter 6 of the Companies Act 2008.
