Zoltán was awarded a J. D. from ELTE University (Budapest, Hungary) in 2001 and an LL.M. from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität (Heidelberg, Germany) in 2003. Zoltán joined DLA Piper Budapest in 2003. As a qualified Hungarian solicitor in the Litigation & Regulatory Group he specialises in insolvency law, complex international and domestic litigation and arbitration. He is the author of a number of publications in civil law and insolvency law. As a part-time lecturer he teaches insolvency law at ELTE University. Examples of work: - Advising a Hungarian central governmental organization on the re-codification of the Bankruptcy Code. - Advising a global player in the energy sector in relation to a complex cross-border insolvency case. - Advising a leading US-based investor on restructuring a Hungarian company allowing the transfer of its assets to the Client. - Advising a leading German industrial company (developer of power train systems) in the position of the creditor on a complex bankruptcy case.
