Mr. Graulich is a Partner in Davis Polk’s Restructuring Group. He has substantial experience in a broad range of domestic and international restructurings, including the representation of public and private companies, agent banks and lenders, acquirers and hedge funds in connection with prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, DIP and exit financings, bankruptcy litigation and Section 363 sales.
Mr. Graulich is an INSOL Fellow, a member of the International Insolvency Institute, co-chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute 2015-2018 NYC Bankruptcy Conferences, and Vice-Chair of the IBA Insolvency Section’s Insolvency Legislation and Policy Subcommittee. He is also the co-author of multiple chapters for the International Insolvency Review, an annual survey on current developments in the cross-border insolvency field, and a contributing author to Collier on Bankruptcy.
He has been recognised as a leading lawyer by numerous industry publications, including, Turnarounds & Workouts (Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer), Chambers and IFLR1000.
