INSOLTech Round Table 2022
The INSOLTech Roundtable, co-organised with the Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative, took place on 16 November 2022 in Singapore. Participation was by invitation only to ensure a practical, candid exchange between academics, policy makers, judges, regulators, and practitioners experienced in the intersection of technology with insolvency and restructuring law.

The Roundtable served as a platform for high-level dialogue, peer-to-peer learning, and the sharing of practical insights on novel issues in insolvency arising from technological change. It also generated proposals for future academic work and policy reform.
