Future Leaders Programme
There continues to be great encouragement for INSOL International to enhance the experience of younger practitioners. This programme is designed with that purpose in mind, offering an opportunity to develop meaningful leadership and soft skills alongside learning from technical content. You will also have great opportunities for networking with your peer groups and senior practitioners — empowering you to advance your careers and become the future leaders of our profession.
The programme will commence in Q1 2026 and will be delivered in the following countries, with more countries to be added soon:
Asia: Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore
Africa: Botswana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Zimbabwe
Latin America: Brazil, Mexico, Peru
The programme is free to attend* and consists of four sessions across the annual calendar. Successful applicants are encouraged to attend all four sessions to be awarded a certificate of participation upon completion, along with free INSOL International Membership for a period of three years.
We invite practitioners who are 4-7 years PQE to apply to be part of this programme.
*Delegates will be responsible for their travel arrangements and expenses to attend the programme.
