The annual INSOL Fellows forum half-day programme took place during the morning of Monday 11 September 2023 preceding the INSOL Tokyo 2023 conference.
The forum was a highly interactive programme with Fellows both on the stage and from the floor discussing a range of technical topics and real-world case studies. The debates covered the most recent developments in the world of restructuring and insolvency, benefitting from the common knowledge and experience of all Fellows present, representing a wide range of jurisdictions. In addition to the exchange of thoughts, the Fellows forum provided an opportunity for networking and sharing.
During this meeting, Scott Atkins, INSOL President, and INSOL Fellow presented the Class of 2021 /2022 with their certificates.

Fellows are encouraged to arrive on Saturday to attend this and other exclusive Fellows’ functions.
