Mohamed Raslan Abdul Rahman Vice President: Dato’ Raveendra Kumar a/l Nathan Secretary: Mr. Victor Saw Seng Kee The Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia, which was incorporated as a Society on 8 February 2010, provides a corporate identity and an organisation for persons with an interest in insolvency laws and practices, and supports and advances the status and interests of the profession. One of its main objectives is to impact legislative reform: this is done by evaluating and focusing attention on the development of the Malaysian law, practices, education and examination in the areas of insolvency, receivership and liquidation, business restructuring and turnaround management. Membership The membership consists of insolvency practitioners who are usually qualified accountants, insolvency lawyers, bankers, university professor, insurance broker and other professionals who have interest and/or experience in insolvency and restructuring work.
