The Turnaround Management Association Brasil - TMA Brasil - is the Brazilian chapter of TMA, the global non-profit organization based in Chicago, USA, dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring and investment professionals in difficulties with more over 10,000 members.

TMA Brasil has around 700 members, including turnaround professionals, lawyers, training officers, investors, creditors, venture capitalists, appraisers, liquidators, executive recruiters and consultants, as well as academic, government and judicial officials.

XVII TMA Corporate Restructuring and Restructuring Congress occurred from 03 to 04 November 2025. We are proud to be the biggest event in Latin America, as the numbers attest: 65 sponsors and 6 institutional sponsors, more than 26 panels. A variety of topics, specialized professionals and an unparalleled audience, we were able to proudly bring together the best and brightest minds in this industry.

TMA Brasil also has more than 50 turnaround and restructuring processes courses, seminars and events per year, many of which are in association with local educational institutions in Brazil and international seminars debate comparative laws and practices.
