INSOL International is incorporated in the United Kingdom as a company limited by guarantee and has permission from the Registrar of Companies to omit the word “Limited” from its title. The directors of the Company are also the members of the Board.
The Association is governed by its Articles of Association and By-Laws.
The Board of Directors oversees the strategy, governance, and activities of the Association. Board members are appointed in line with the By-Laws and serve a three-year term.
The President and Vice-President serve a two year term.
