The Africa Advisory Council was established to support the development of insolvency and restructuring frameworks across the African continent, bringing together professionals from diverse jurisdictions to share insight, experience, and best practice. The Council provides a platform to address both regional and cross-border challenges, including access to finance, legal and regulatory reform, business rescue tools, stakeholder coordination, and capacity building within emerging and established markets.

As part of its ongoing initiatives, the Africa Advisory Council is launching a regional webinar series. Delivered quarterly and hosted by different regions across Africa, this series is designed to provide practical, topical and jurisdiction-specific perspectives on key restructuring and insolvency issues. The webinars aim to foster collaboration, highlight regional developments and offer accessible, user-friendly content for professionals working across the continent.
