We work in complex times
We see continuing disruption, complexity and existential threat. INSOL International leaders tell us, and the Board recognise we are living through accelerating change, facing unprecedented issues as we look out to 2030. Issues and impacts will vary across time, regions and demographics to 2030.
In late January 2022 the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery was the #1 issue nominated by our leaders, followed by climate change and accelerating disruption. Following the top 3 were a collection of issues united by their human dimension – geopolitical shifts, diversity, polarisation, the opportunities of global governance and community connection and the vital importance of wellbeing. As we shaped our strategy geopolitical shifts came to prominence. This is not linear and issues will continue to swirl to 2030.
