Mr. Mungo Lowe
Mungo is a Partner of Calibrate Law, based in the City of London. His expertise includes all aspects of English and international commercial litigation with a particular focus on cross-border fraud, asset recovery, corporate insolvencies and restructurings. More specifically, his practice covers corporate and commercial disputes and related advisory work including shareholder disputes, derivative claims, breach of contract, economic torts, fraud and asset tracing (including interim remedies such as freezing injunctions, Norwich Pharmacal orders, Bankers Trust orders and receiverships), plans and schemes of arrangement, as well as more general "in-house Counsel" advisory services.
He is familiar with a large number of foreign insolvency and restructuring regimes (including those of the US, UK, the BVI, Cayman Islands, Brazil), the UNCITRAL Model Law and the European Insolvency Regulations. He regularly advises stakeholders on elements to international insolvencies and restructurings and has a particular interest in cross-jurisdictional proceedings. In April 2016 he was recognised as a Fellow of INSOL International.
