Lee has 20 years of experience practising as a solicitor, in both Sydney and Melbourne, and as a barrister at the Victorian Bar. She currently practices in the financial restructuring and insolvency department of Norton Rose Fulbright in Melbourne.
Lee has extensive experience in advising insolvency representatives, secured creditors and directors in all forms of insolvency proceedings and restructuring arrangements. She has also acted for financial institutions in both secured and unsecured debt recovery.
Lee has a particular interest in FinTech and cryptocurrencies and their impact on insolvency and restructuring. She has experience advising across a wide range of industries including retail, property development and construction, finance and securities, hospitality and tourism and agribusiness.
Lee has an undergraduate degree in Law with honours from Deakin University in Melbourne and a Masters in International and Comparative Law from Monash University (including a Certificate in European Union law from the Universite Paris 1 (Pantheon-Sorbonne).
