The INSOL ADR Group is delighted to be working on a breakfast seminar in collaboration with Drew & Napier and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), in conjunction with the Singapore Convention Week 2026.
Joined by Dr Kazuaki Nishioka (Professor, Kobe University), Matthew Brown (Deputy Registrar, SIAC), and Nitesh Jain (Partner, Trilegal), the panel will explore practical issues arising from cross-border restructurings, including:
- The arbitrability of insolvency-related claims and jurisdictional challenges
- The impact of moratoria on the commencement and continuation of arbitral proceedings
