The group specialises in complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings and insolvencies with dedicated resources in the key European jurisdictions, the US, ME, and Asia, in addition to having expertise in our practices in the emerging market jurisdictions as well as across key sectors globally. 
 
We offer practical and commercial advice to lenders and borrowers on contentious and non-contentious issues encountered in restructurings and insolvencies.
