His professional experience encompasses corporate insolvency and restructuring, turnaround and distressed-asset advisory, financial due diligence, M&A, business transformation, fund raising, stakeholder and lender management, and strategic finance.

He has led a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and has experience in financial due diligence and resolution-related assignments under India's Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including distressed-asset evaluation, resolution applicant support, investor coordination and stakeholder engagement.

His corporate leadership experience in the UAE spans senior finance roles across diversified business groups and sectors. He currently leads Global Corporate Advisory and Management Services DWC-LLC (GCAMS), Dubai, providing corporate, financial, restructuring and strategic advisory services.
