The ASOCIACION PROFESIONAL DE ADMINISTRADORES CONCURSALES “ SAINZ DE ANDINO” - APACSA (PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATORS “ SAINZ DE
ANDINO” - APACSA) was incorporated in 2014.

Our Organisation’s main goals include:

• Promoting the role and best practices played by insolvency administrators and pre- insolvency restructuring experts.
• Defending all the interests that directly affect these professionals.
• Decisively supporting the values of pre-insolvency restructuring experts and insolvency administrators’ profession.
• Carrying out the insolvency activity responsibly ethically and with integrity.
• Managing any initiative before the Public Administrations regarding improvement of insolvency administration’s and pre-insolvency restructuring experts functions.

We also promote the organisation and staging of meetings, conferences and professional conventions to update all our associates’ training and to foster meeting spaces for all agents and professionals involved in insolvency administration and pre-insolvency judicial proceedings

It currently comprises 180 members (professionals of recognised prestige).
