IBAJUD – “Instituto Brasileiro da Insolvência” (Brazilian Insolvency Institute) - is a non-profit association dedicated to the continuous improvement of the insolvency sector.

Its initiatives include the organization of conferences, seminars, and debates, as well as providing training and updating courses for insolvency professionals and practitioners.

Furthermore, IBAJUD is committed to developing performance metrics and establishing agreements and working groups, along with undertaking various efforts to enhance the jurisdictional framework surrounding judicial recovery, bankruptcy, and the liquidation of financial institutions.
