Dr. Bischof is a dually-qualified Attorney-CPA and restructuring expert who has gained extensive experience in both Switzerland and Asia (China and Singapore). He is a Fellow of INSOL International who regularly publishes for INSOL publications and he has also been involved in the organizing committee of various INSOL events. In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA) / TMA Switzerland. In the past he was an associate at Baker McKenzie as well as a senior consultant corporate finance and senior auditor at Deloitte. Dr. Bischof focuses his practice primarily on cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, market entry advice, foreign direct investment, international business structuring, distressed M&A, PE and VC. With his interdisciplinary he adds value in times that really matter. Dr. Bischof has been involved in a substantial number of complex and high-profile distressed transactions and turnarounds.
