Erin Broderick is currently a Senior Associate in Baker & McKenzie’s Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group practicing in Chicago, Illinois. She has managed sophisticated restructurings in and out of court, including representing companies in Chapter 11 proceedings, advising private equity clients in connection with distressed investment opportunities and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. In the last few years, Erin’s practice has focused on insolvency-related cross-border litigation. Erin was rewarded Law Student of the Sixth Circuit by the American College of Bankruptcy, and currently serves as Co-Chair of Entertainment for the Turnaround Management Association Midwest/Chicago Chapter, Liaison Chair for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation Chicago Chapter, is on the Board of Directors and Secretary of Avanse Organization, a member of the Ambassador’s Board of Directors for the Chicago Children’s Choir, a mentor with the Spark program. Ms. Broderick holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Central Michigan University in Political Science and Economics and a Law Degree cum laude from the University of Michigan.
