Alan Chang is a highly qualified professional with an extensive accounting, auditing, and restructuring background. He holds various professional qualifications, including being a Fellow Member of CPA Australia, a Fellow Practicing Member (Audit) of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, and a Practicing Member (Non-Audit) of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants. Alan is also a Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants CPA and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.

With over two decades of experience in assurance and corporate advisory, Alan established his CPA practice in Singapore in 2015, later expanding to Malaysia in 2022. He has a successful track record of assisting companies with initial public offerings on the Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges. His industry knowledge encompasses IT and Tech, manufacturing, investment holding, retail, and logistics.

As a founding member of the RF Group, Alan contributed to establishing a licensed Fund Management Company in Singapore, focusing on fintech investments. He actively participates in corporate governance as an independent director and committee member for several companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Additionally, he holds positions as a Non-Executive Director and serves on the IPO and Audit Committee for a company listed on the Mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Alan's dedication to professional development is evident through his memberships in various organizations.
